Break / Fix Services

Network Administration, Maintenance and Support

To ensure our clients networks are properly maintained in addition to our 24x7 Remote Network Monitoring services AGCS provides on-site maintenance to monitor and proactively maintain your network. We provide several service levels; Flat Rate Managed IT Services, 24x7 Remote Network Monitoring and Onsite Service / Break-fix services allowing our clients to choose the level of service that fits their budget and IT demands. Through experience, we have found that a proactive approach to managing a network often reduces security vulnerabilities, failures, allows you to plan for necessary upgrades that your network may need.

Our preventative maintenance services include services for the following technologies: infrastructure equipment including servers, routers, remote access devices/VPN, firewall's, hubs, switches, as well as all other core networking components and software.

On-Call Services (Response-based) - This service provides on-call "emergency" maintenance services Monday - Friday, during normal business hours between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. It allows your organization to have rapid access to our professional trained and certified IT consultants, in the event of a core network component, server or other related software failure. After hours, weekend and/or “Emergency Response” is available also.

Scheduled Support and Administration – AGCS can provide regularly scheduled on-site visits to support your infrastructure, network, PC/Desktop and remote users. We can also provide network administration services during these visits. We provide discounted rates for those clients committing to a scheduled maintenance agreement.
